Cream cheese, brown sugar, salted caramel sauce & chocolate toffee bits combine to make this easy and totally addicting dip!
My husband’s cousin is having a baby boy and had a shower to celebrate last night. We are so excited for them. I was asked to bring a dip for apples so I did a little searching around on the ole internet and decided on this one. Oh man, so glad I did. This is good with apples or a spoon, either way, you will have a hard time not eating too much.
My husband’s Aunt Brandi gave the shower & did a book theme. She had a bunch of children’s book and food to go along with each one. This dip went with apples for “10 Apples up on Top”. It was such a fun shower!
Here are the other books and food she had for an idea if you are planning a baby shower anytime soon 🙂 I wish I got pictures! It was darling.
Dragons Love Tacos- little mini taco salads
Green Eggs & Ham- mini quiche
Goodnight Moon- Mexican wedding cookies made into little moons
If You Give a Dog a Donut- donut holes
Go Do Go!- puppy chow with m&m’s in a cute little cup
The Hungry Caterpillar – veggies and dip in a cute little plastic up
If you Give a Mouse a Cookie- cookies 🙂
Today is the first day of school for my son here in AZ. He was so excited! I think I will cut up some apples and enjoy some of this dip after school today when he gets home. I can’t wait to hear about his day!
