I am so excited to share this recipe I made using my new VITAMIX blender. I am in love with it! It’s pretty amazing how you can blend up whole fruits and vegetables and then drink them for breakfast. Such an easy way to include more nutritious food in your diet. I don’t know about you but I really enjoy drinking my greens. I love a good salad but it just feels good to start your day with a green smoothie. This smoothie has so many good things in it. So, if you are feeling a little sluggish, and need help getting “back on track” with healthier food choices, make this smoothie for breakfast or even an afternoon snack! You will be glad you did.
I know a Vitamix is an investment but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I could go on and on about this blender. It really is a game changer. It creates the smoothest smoothies & the best part, easy to clean! No disassembly required. The 7 year warranty isn’t bad either. It is a must have in my opinion!
