Fudge Sundae Pie

This no bake dessert is a family favorite recipe! Easy and always a crowd pleaser.



  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 1/2 cups rice krispies
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, slightly softened


  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup fudge sauce
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup



  1. Set out your ice cream so it can soften a little. Lightly spray a 9" pie plate with cooking spray and set aside. In a medium sized pan, mix the corn syrup, brown sugar & butter over low heat. When it comes to a rolling boil, remove from heat and stir in the rice krispies.

  2. Press the rice crispy mixture into the prepared pie pan. Push it up the sides to make a crust. Set it aside until it's cool. Spread the softened ice cream into the dish. Freeze until firm. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting. Drizzle with desired amount of fudge sauce.


  1. In a samll saucepan, mix together the peantut butter, fudge sauce and corn syrup until smooth. Heat over low heat. Drizzle over each slice! Enjoy! (If you like a lot of sauce, feel free to double the topping. )
