UPDATE: I recently made this in a jelly roll / half sheet cookie pan (they are about 13"x18") and loved it! Makes the bars a little thinner but will feed a crowd. I sprayed the cookie sheet with cooking spray, then lined it with a parchment sheet and made as directed. Just press ⅓ of the oatmeal dough in the bottom of the pan. If it doesn't reach the edge thats ok, just press it as close as you can. Spread with the fudge and top with remaining oatmeal dough. I just crumble it over the top then lightly press it into the fudge. BAKE it for 20-25 minutes at 325 degrees. Just until light brown.
