Peanut Butter White Chocolate {Candy Corn} Cookies
Recipe type: Cookie
A peanut butter cookie with white chocolate chips and a candy corn on top. Cute and delicious.
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted & cooled slightly
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1¾ cup flour
  • 1½ cups white chocolate chips
  • candy corn, optional
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease your cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium sized bowl or stand mixer, combine the sugar, butter, egg, milk, vanilla, peanut butter salt and soda. Beat mixture on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add the flour then stir in the white chocolate chips.
  4. Place dough 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets. If adding a candy corn, press onto the top of each cookie.
  5. Bake for 9-10 minutes until the bottoms are just set. Do not over bake. Allow to cook on a wire rack.
If you are not adding the candy corn and want the cookies not as tall, press dough down slightly because the cookies will not spread when baking.
