Blueberry Cobbler
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1¼ cups self-rising flour
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 cups (10 ounces) blueberries
- ¼ cup sugar, for topping
- Heat your oven to 350 degrees. (Make sure the rack is in the center position)
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together the condensed milk, flour, milk and melted butter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle blueberries and sugar evenly on top.
- Bake for 33-35 minutes or until a deep golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm. Vanilla ice cream is also delicious on top.
