Blueberry Cobbler
 
Ingredients
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1¼ cups self-rising flour
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups (10 ounces) blueberries
  • ¼ cup sugar, for topping
Instructions
  1. Heat your oven to 350 degrees. (Make sure the rack is in the center position)
  2. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the condensed milk, flour, milk and melted butter.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle blueberries and sugar evenly on top.
  4. Bake for 33-35 minutes or until a deep golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve warm. Vanilla ice cream is also delicious on top.
