S'more Cookie Bars
  • 2 cups flour (10 ounces)
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup salted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
  • 2 (7 ounce) Hershey milk chocolate bars
  1. Heat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13" baking pan with cooking spray. You can also line with foil or parchment if you want.
  2. Combine the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt in a bowl and set aside.
  3. In a mixer with the paddle attachment or a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix till combined.
  4. Slowly add the flour mixture and mix till combined.
  5. Press half of the dough into the prepared pan till even.
  6. Dollop the marshmallow creme all over the dough, then spread till smooth (it won't be perfect, no need to worry)
  7. Break up the 2 chocolate bars and place on top of the marshmallow cream (fluff).
  8. Drop the remaining half of the cookie dough in small clumps all over the chocolate bars then lightly press down to connect. There will be some chocolate/creme showing through.
  9. Bake for 30-32 mintues or until the top is a light golden brown color.
  10. These cut easier when they have cooled completely but are wonderful warm, just a bit messy :)
I used 2 (7 ounce) Hershey bars. You can also use the smaller king size. I just like the thicker amount of chocolate, duh! haha
